ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.14726 of 2013 dated 18.09.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate has produced a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the proceedings dated 09.04.2015 in Na.Ka.No.97674/W3/E1/2014

and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order is only partly complied with and he may be permitted to question the same as far as seniority is concerned. It is always open to the petitioner to question the order in accordance with law, if so advised.

4. Recording the said submissions, this contempt petition is closed.
