ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 11.03.2014 made in W.P.No.5848 of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the the learned Addl. Government Pleader submitted that in compliance with the order of this court, the Executive

Officer of Chengam Selection Grade Town Panchayat, Thiruvannamalai District, by his proceedings dated 09.12.2015 in Na.Ka.No.110/2014/A1 appointed the petitioner as Sanitary Worker.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
