Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased To enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with judgment dated 31.08.2017 passed SPL.C.C.No.71 of 2010 on the file of the Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal pending disposal of the above Appeal No.594 of 2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.EZHILARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R. RAVICHANDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal dated 31.08.2017, in Spl.C.C.No.71 of 2010 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of criminal appeal, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the order passed by the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal dated 31.08.2017, in Spl.C.C.No.71 of 2010 is suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
