Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities 1, 2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's premises at No.103/102, Kollumedu, Vadakkanallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District-601 206 and its Managerial Staff, employees and to prevent the members of the fourth respondent or any persons claiming to be affiliated by the fourth respondent, from assembling or indulging in any unlawful activities within 100 meters of the said premises of the petitioner or causing any obstruction to free ingress and egress of willing workmen, materials, finished goods, etc, and to take severe action against persons committing unlawful activities.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities 1, 2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's premises at No.103/102, Kollumedu, Vadakkanallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District-601 206 and its Managerial Staff, employees and to prevent the members of the fourth
respondent or any persons claiming to be affiliated by the fourth respondent, from assembling or indulging in any unlawful activities within 100 meters of the said premises of the petitioner or causing any obstruction to free ingress and egress of willing workmen, materials, finished goods, etc, and to take severe action against persons committing unlawful activities.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
