JUDGMENT

(Delivered by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 10.03.2016 passed in S.C.No.34 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode District at Erode and to set aside the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant had passed away in a road accident on 26.02.2020 and the relatives of the appellant did not want to pursue the appeal any more.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also confirms that the appellant died in the road accident on 26.02.2020 and in respect of which, a case has been registered in Siruganur Police Station Crime No.41 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
