ORDER

The revision is filed against the order passed in M.P.No.316 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.1337 of 2013 refusing to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the petition schedule mentioned building. As against the said order passed in M.P., only appeal in RCA has to be filed before the Rent Control Appellate Authority. Bypassing the same, the Civil Revision Petition is filed. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. C.M.P. is closed.
