2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, a Memorandum of Compromise dated 15.12.2025 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the appellant and the respondents 1 to 4 and 6 and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded and scanned hereunder: 3/10

3. On 09.12.2025, the 6th respondent handed over the following Demand Drafts drawn from the State Bank of India, Sivanandhapuram, in favour of the claimants, to the counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 / claimants. S.No. Name of the beneficiary D.D. No.

The memorandum of compromise shall form part of the decree in C.M.A. No.1777 of 2020. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
