This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents ( 3 to 5) as respondents (3 to 5) in W.P.No.5509 of 2023 on the file of this Court. 2.Considering the nature of the prayer in W.P.No.5509 of 2023, this Court is of the view that, proposed respondents ( 3 to 5) are the necessary parties for effective adjudication of W.P.No.5509 of 2023. Therefore, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to implead the proposed respondents ( 3 to 5) as respondents (3 to 5) in W.P.No.5509 of 2023.

4. Issue notice to the proposed respondents ( 3 to 5) returnable in three weeks time.

4. Post the matter after three weeks.
