This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees seven lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.29 of 2018 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of three weeks in the above Crl.O.P.No.2381 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the date of hearing of anticipatory bail petition, she had made payment of Rs.93,00,000/- through RTGS/online transfer to the defacto complainant and she undertook to pay a further sum of Rs.7,00,000/-. He would submit that to show her bonafide, she has also taken a demand draft for the balance amount on 22.02.2023 and ready to hand over the same to the defacto complainant with the permission of this court. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition. 1/3

Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition seems to be justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit the sum of Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees five lakhs fifty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.29 of 2018 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 2381 of 2023 vide order dated 17.03.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
