COMMON PRAYER:- Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fourth respondent herein relating to the advertisement (i) dated 08.06.2016 published in "Dhina Thanthi" daily newspaper (in W.P.No.20551 of 2016) (ii) dated 15.06.2016 published in "The Hindu" daily newspaper (in W.P.No.20551 of 2016) respectively and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to notified the location in due of 3% reservation for physically handicapped persons and also provided by the respondents as followed in the past and future selections.
