This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2381 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in C.C.No.14834 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for CCB and CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai and the case now stands posted on 08.05.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2381 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge for CCB and CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai, on 08.05.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
