2. This matter has been adjourned time and again on account of the pendency of the Special Leave Petition. There is no point in keeping this contempt petition during the currency of the Special Leave Petition.

3. Accordingly, by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition depending upon the orders to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Contempt Petition is closed.
