When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondent has already vacated and delivered the possession. Hence, this Court finds that the respondent has complied the order dated 18.12.2014 passed in C.R.P(NPD) No.2579 of 2011. Recording

the said statement, this Contempt Petition is Closed. It is open to the petitioner to file a suit to recover the arrears of rent from the tenant.
