J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant is unable to get instructions from the appellant and therefore he is unable to assist the court. This case was adjourned on an earlier occasion on 29.06.2021 and 12.07.2021.

2. Considering the fact that the appellant appears to be not interested in pursuing with this appeal, this appeal is dismissed for non prosecution with liberty to restore the same with sufficient reasons. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
