Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the selection conducted by the 2nd respondent pursuant to the Advertisement No.4/2012 dated 07.03.2012 relating to the teacher eligibility test and the non selection of the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to conduct a selection to appoint teachers in the Government service, in accordance with Section 23 of the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and the rules framed by there under after considering all the eligible candidates including the petitioner, award costs.
