This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.43 of 2024 dated 18.01.2024 from the file of the second respondent to some other investigation agency preferably to the file of CBCID.
2. This Court had already directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months. Therefore, there is no question of transferring the investigation at this stage. The First Information Report itself has been registered only on 18.01.2024. Therefore, if there is no progress in the investigation, it is left open to the petitioner to revive the claim at a later point of time.
