ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is the third accused in a case of murder of one Velmurugan, whose body was found with brutal injuries in the school compound. The F.I.R. and the investigation, pursuant to information has led to discover the fact that the deceased had illicit intimacy with one Mahalakshmi and therefore, he went to the village of Mahalakshmi on the date of incident. At that time, this petitioner, who had also intimacy with Mahalakshmi, had quarrelled with the deceased and consequences of the quarrel, Mahalakshmi, her husband Sivakumar and this petitioner had attacked the deceased. Thereafter, they have brought the body from the hut to the school premises and left the body during the night hours.

3.Since the investigation is yet to be completed, this Court is of the view that the release of this petitioner on bail is not conducive for the completion of investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
