C.M.P.No.13030 of 2022 in AS.No.364 of 2022 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

Interim Stay granted on 08.09.2022 is made absolute on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the decree amount to the credit of O.S.No.32 of 2015, on the file of Sub-Court, Mahe, within a period of six weeks from today.

2. In case, the petitioner failed to deposit the amount within the time stipulated, interim stay granted by this Court on 08.09.2022, shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to the Court.

3. Post the first appeal for hearing during the first week of January, 2023.
