The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police namely the Inspector of Police, Team 28, Central Crime Branch Chennai, job racket wing to expedite the investigation of the case pending before them in Crime No.341 of 2018 and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.341 of 2018 for the offences under Section 406, 420 and 34 of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
