When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is suspected to be involved in the offence under Section 147, 323, 347, 384 & 420 of IPC and Sec. 4 of TNPHW Act in respect of which, a case in Crime No.4 of 2021 has been registered by the respondent. Other than that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner.
