This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.12.2021 in view of order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kallakurichi in Crl.M.P.No.43 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.144 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 423, 465, 467, 468, 420 and 406 of IPC.
