2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants / plaintiffs.

3. Since it is only a formal amendment as the fourth respondent is sought to be impleaded as the daughter of the deceased first plaintiff and to implead her as the fourth plaintiff, this application is ordered.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
