This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impunged First Information Report [FIR] as against the petitioners herein in Crime No.272 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent - police.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.272 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rasipuram and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.109 of 2025.
