ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to pursue the Section 77-A, Registration Act, 1908 complaint, which is pending before the second respondent District Registrar filed by the fourth respondent on merits and in accordance with law, where he wants his input to be supplied to the District Registrar, who after considering the same can decide the issue. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
