Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ or order or direction, particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relevant to the order in I.D.No.213/2012 dated 06.06.2014 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, against the rule of law and natural justice and thereby direct the respondents 2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioner into his service with effect from 08.03.2006 and pay all the service and monetary benefits to the petitioner.
