This petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to register the complaint dated 07.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the opposite party have installed an electric transformer very near to the house of the petitioner.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 07.04.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.06.2015. 5.Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
