ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of one of the condition that was imposed by the Court blow, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum out of which one surety should be a blood surety. N.ANAND VENKATESH.J., kp produce the solvency certificate obtained from a person not below the rank of Tahsildar.

2.The above condition that was imposed by the Court below does not seem to be unreasonable since the petitioner belongs to Karnataka and there are two previous cases of similar in nature. That apart, A1 is also absconding in this case. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the condition imposed by the Court below and accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
