JUDGMENT

Mr.Bharath Kumar, learned representing counsel for Mr.V.Nicholas, on record submits that he had given Change of Vakalat as early as 2015. However, no documents have been filed to that effect. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing with the appellate remedy in this appeal.

2. Mr.V.Ragavachari, learned counsel for the 1st respondent submits that the 1st respondent has passed away on 31.10.2018.

3. This Second Appeal is therefore dismissed for nonprosecution for statistical purpose with liberty to restore the appeal as the court proceedings are being conducted through https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
