O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for non compliance of the order of this Court dated 30.04.2014 in W.P.No.8780 of 2013.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents states that as against the order passed in

W.P.No.8780 of 2013, dated 30.4.2014, the State preferred an appeal in W.A.Sr.No.102322 of 2015. The learned Government Advocate further states that the delay in filing the writ appeal has been condoned by the Division Bench. 3.Under these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to adjudicate the contempt petition at this point of time after disposal of the writ appeal by the Division Bench. The petitioner is at liberty to take out appropriate petition, if necessary.

4. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
