Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in his proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.2506/ 2010/H1 and quash the Impugned Letter dated 20.05.2010 as illegal and further direct the third respondent to register the death of the petitioner's husband P.Prabakaran occurred on 06.05.2008 and issue Death Certificate considering the petitioner's representations dated 07.06.2010 and 18.11.2020.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in his proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.2506/ 2010/H1 and quash the Impugned Letter dated 20.05.2010 as illegal and further direct the third respondent to register the death of the petitioner's husband P.Prabakaran occurred on 06.05.2008 and issue Death Certificate considering the petitioner's representations dated 07.06.2010 and 18.11.2020.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the Death Certificate of the petitioner's husband was issued to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
