This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.1417 of 2020, dated 12.02.2020. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that a writ appeal has been filed against the order passed in the writ petition and the same is pending in W.A.No.394 of 2021.

3.In view of the above development, this contempt petition is closed for the present and depending upon the result in the writ appeal, it is left open to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition.
