Crl.M.P.No.4280 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.551 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition is filed to suspend the sentence of conviction and imprisonment dated 22.12.2023, imposed by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, in S.C.No.157 of 2021 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above criminal appeal.

2.This is the second petition filed to suspend the sentence of conviction and imprisonment. Since the earlier petition has been dismissed by this Court on merits and this Court had directed that the main case be listed for hearing, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence.

3.Therefore, Registry is directed to prepare the typed set of papers and list the matter for final hearing on 10.12.2024.
