These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioners in the above second appeal.

2. Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that after the disposal of first appeal, the 1st defendant in the suit and 1st appellant in the first appeal died on 28.04.2022 leaving behind her sons viz., 1st and 2nd appellants herein as her legal heir. Hence, it is just and necessary to file the present petitions praying to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the above Second Appeals it is otherwise found to be in order.
