This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 07.12.2017 and to restore W.P.No.31966 of 2002.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on terms. Accordingly, the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
