Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent herein passed in his Proc. No.17053/2015/EE.1.1 dated 26.02.2019 transferring the petitioner from Tiruvannamalai Sub Division to Chengam Sub Division and Quash the same in sofar as the petitioner and third respondent herein are concerned and consequently direct the first and second respondents herein to allow the petitioner to continue in Tiruvannamalai Sub Division till 30.04.2019.
