Na.Ka.No.Pd.1/298/2016, quash the same insofar as it relates to filling up of Noon Meal Organizer post in the fourth respondent School and to consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to complete the earlier selection by considering the recommendations of the fourth respondent dated 9.3.2017, appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer of the fourth respondent school based on the communal rotation w.e.f. 9.3.2017, pay salary and all other attendant service benefits. O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner fairly made a submission that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 20.8.2018, the writ petitioner also had participated in the process of selection and the results are yet to be published.

2. Under these circumstances, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to publish the results and accordingly, proceed with all further actions.

3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
