This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.27548 of 2024.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the delay of 123 days is condoned.

3. The name of the Respondent in printed in the cause list, but the Respondent had not engaged any Counsel.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
