O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No. 8461 of 2016 dated 08.03.2016.

3. In order to ensure that there is no further delay, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 28.07.2016 at 10.30 a.m., present a written representation and after enquiry, the contemnor shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
