Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent herein passed in his Proc.No.17053/2015/EE1.1 dated 26.02.2019 transferring the petitioner from Kallakurichi Sub Division to Gingee Sub Division and quash the same insofar as the petitioner and third respondent herein are concerned and consequently direct the first and second respondents herein to allow the petitioner to continue in Kallakurichi Sub Division till 31.05.2019.
