ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Raveekumar states that steps to remove encroachments in Government poramboke lands marked as 'Kulam' have already been initiated and final order will be passed within one week from today and steps in accordance with law shall be taken. He relies on the instructions that he has received by way of a communication dated 05.06.2025 from respondent No.4, copy whereof is placed on record and marked as 'X' for

identification.

2. The statement of Sri.Raveekumar recorded above is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

3. We have to express our disappointment on the inaction of respondent No.4, who, despite the encroacher failing to submit documents within ten days from 10.07.2024, has almost slept over the matter for 10 months.
