Heard both sides. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2013 within a stipulated period.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner was not considered by the Tahsildar namely, the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent/ Sub-Collector, Hosur and the first respondent directed the second respondent to take note of the petitioner's application vide Memo dated 08.01.2014, but till date the same is pending. 3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2013, after notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7 and after hearing them in person, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
