CR.NO. 1678/2019, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.3 OF 2022 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in Judgement and conviction passed in SC.No.01/2021 dated 10.03.2022 on the file of the Learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge of Coimbatore and release the petitioner on bail pending Crl.A.No.332/2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
