..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned clause of the respondents arising out of the conditions contained in Chapter VIII of the NEET - PG 2025, Information Bulletin & Counselling Scheme, whereby the petitioner is treated as ineligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round solely on the ground allotment of seat in Round -3 of MCC

counselling, quash the same insofar as it applies to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round of NEET-PG Counselling.
