2. Learned counsel representing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondent has passed the order dated 29.08.2015, rejecting the request of the petitioner. The same has been duly communicated to the petitioner.

3.In view of the order passed above, no further adjudication is necessary. The Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved about the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
