2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has got no serious objection in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, these applications are allowed.

4. Post the matter after two weeks for carrying out the amendments.
