This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the plaintiff to order to dispose of the A.S.No.57 of 2008 within a stipulated time. From the case status details dated 11.09.2024, it appears that an interim application has been filed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 and the matter was posted to 01.10.2024. Appeal suit was filed in year 2008. Originally, it was filed in the year 2005 and on transfer renumbered as A.S.No.57 of 2008.

3. Based on the above said details, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to dispose of the appeal preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There is no order as to costs.
