ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of Crime No.254 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd Respondent to some other competent authority under the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai as ''Mistake of Fact''.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
