Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the direct recruitment notification No.03/2021 dated 18.02.2021 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consecutively direct the respondent to issue afresh notification to call for candidates in the ratio of 1:5 in each communal rotation category at level I, II & III of the recruitment process and grant 10 additional marks for M.E. 1/5
degree holders at the final stage of the recruitment process and proceed with recruitment and appointment for the posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil) as per the above said recruitment notification.
