This petition has been filed to implead the proposed sixth respondent as the sixth respondent in W.P.No.6773 of 2022.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the tender notification issued by the first respondent and the proposed sixth respondent is the successful bidder in the above tender.

2. Having regard to the fact that impleading of the proposed sixth respondent as the sixth respondent in the writ petition is proper and necessary for effective adjudication of the Writ Petition, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.

3. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition.
