ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to execute the pending Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the first respondent in Crl.M.P. Nos. 1435 to 1437 of 2020 in C.C. No. 7 of 2015, by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the second respondent, and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The first respondent is facing trial in C.C. No. 7 of 2015 before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai. The first respondent is arrayed as A2 and is facing charges for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC. Though the first respondent received the summons, he failed to appear before the Trial Court, and as a result, the Trial Court issued a Non-Bailable Warrant, which remains

pending for execution against the first respondent on the file of the second respondent.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is hereby directed to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the first respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the first respondent and to extend full cooperation to the second respondent in the execution of the Non-Bailable Warrant.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
